ContinueWhat do I want to be when I grow up?
As a kid, this question puzzled me. The look on a nine-year-old’s face when you ask him what he wanted to do when he grew up was priceless. Twelve years down the road and I still

I have been running 2 miles everyday for 4 days now...my shortest time is 18 min,42 sec...
I think it is going to be really helpful for me in the future...
When I run, my calves would start burning, my feet would get sore, my knees would feel weak...I just say to myself "This is not pain. This is discomfort." I…

How to Stay Focused on Your Goal
Focus gets assassinated when you find yourself being distracted. If you find yourself disoriented, scattered, or if you have no plan, your focus is going to get nailed in the process. If your focus is gone, you will not be able to do what you need to do in order to see the goal attained. Remember, we must 'be' before we can 'do' and we must 'do' before we can 'have'. If we want to have a certain benefit from a certain goal, we must do what we need to do in order to see that take place. When…

In the Cloud
We arrived at Pinkham’s Notch a bit earlier than expected. It was only 5:30 p.m. and with only some slight preparation and dinner to do, I knew it would be a long night of waiting and anticipating. I found a nice spot at the end of the parking lot at Joe Dodge Lodge that was further away from the facilities but granted some privacy. Jen and I performed one last gear check, laid out our clothes for the next morning and proceeded to get our accommodations in order. Tonight, we would be staying…
