For just about the last six months. Out two boys have practiced Gi jiu jitsu two days a week and KRU Muay Thai for two days a week. We traded Muay Thai days with Grappling days weeks away from grappling tournaments. The time has finally come.
As we look forward to the Muay Thai Classic in early July, we are switching gears and giving our Muay Thai priority. We started yesterdays six week camp with a fun exercise evaluation and this week puts us back to Level One basics.…Continue

We are making a difference by teaming up to participate in the American Cancer Society’s Relay For Life.
At the event, our team will camp out overnight and take turns walking around the track to raise money and awareness to help the American Cancer Society create a world with less cancer and more birthdays.
