Culture Shift
Kru's, Instructors, Coaches, students and parents alike,
When I was a kid growing up I trained at the very school that I own today. My Grandmaster came over from South Korea by way of Vietnam where he was hired to train U.S. Army and Marine Corps Infantry the art of combat hand-to-hand. Needless to say the culture in the gym was VERY traditional.

Switching Gears
For just about the last six months. Out two boys have practiced Gi jiu jitsu two days a week and KRU Muay Thai for two days a week. We traded Muay Thai days with Grappling days weeks away from grappling tournaments. The time has finally come.
As we look forward to the Muay Thai Classic in early July, we are switching gears and giving our Muay Thai priority. We started yesterdays six week camp with a fun exercise evaluation and this week puts us back to Level One basics.…

MAY GOALS

There is about two months left of school. TWO. Honestly, I'm excited to be able to train without worrying about school and just let go, relax, and spend time with family and friends. I really do need to relax...this kind of stress is not healthy for a 15 year old :P

RELAY FOR LIFE
Hello everyone! If I may ask for a simple favor...
We are making a difference by teaming up to participate in the American Cancer Society’s Relay For Life.
At the event, our team will camp out overnight and take turns walking around the track to raise money and awareness to help the American Cancer Society create a world with less cancer and more birthdays.
