A Crucial Milestone in My Life Part 6
sorry for the lag in between the blogs , it has been very here at KRU Headquarters, and a great deal has been going on personally too. I will endeavor to finish this in a timely fashion.
So it began Master Yoon, asked to see all of the guys who had been representing, our school . He gathered all togehter on a Sunday morning at 7am. We were all a mess most of us had been out the night before, since Saturday had previously been our only night off. Master Yoon, was merciless the…

Sometimes you just do.
My team and I just finished the first six weeks of level 1. The boys are completely exited to get back and revisit what little details we might have missed and brush up on techniques that need to be adjusted. Quick history on us....
I myself have been a martial arts buff since the age of 8. I trained a little of this and some of that. There wasn't a great deal of money going around my house so I ended up being a gym hopper that couldn't afford a belt test. I didn't train for…

A crucial milestone in my life Part 5
So on the day after Thanksgiving I packed up my things and moved to scenic Bloomfield New Jersey. I had a few days to get situated, my girlfriend was already working when I arrived, so for the first few days I was in the Apt, getting restless anxious to train. Finally on Thursday I went to go meet the owner/master of the school, Grand Master Hong had found a job for me at. I met Grand Master Cho and his wife AJ at a diner in West Caldwell. I dressed very professionally, and was terribly…

JANUARY GOALS
-new month,new goal,new destiny-
This month, I will do my all to fix my stand-up game...I am continuing to fix my bad habits and improving in all types of Martial Arts, as well. I have fixed a little here and there in both my stand-up and ground games but I will try my best to be the best that I can be.
Another roadblock: I wish to take part in a Muay Thai fight but I cannot move on with this…
