HYPER Spring Camp at KRU Training
April 12, 2013 from 10am to 5pm
KRU Training will be having its 1st Hyper Spring Martial Arts Camp. It will be held here at the Camp Head Quarters in Tenafly, NJ. Will we be going over DYNAMIC KICKS, TRICKS and COMBOS. We will also be going over New BO STAFF WEAPONS DEMOS.This Spring Camp will be on April 12, 2013 from 10am-5pm and the entrance fee is $70. Wrestling out of the Olympics???
I have been a Wrestler since the age of 11. My training started with my older brother taking me to his high school practice and me getting beat up on by the "bigger kids", but that just made me tougher when i got to middle school and started my wrestling career.

NAGA North American Grappling Championships November 2012
This past weekend the KRU Training Grappling Team went to Newark New Jersey to compete in the NAGA North American Grappling Championships. We are very proud of all of the Students that worked hard in practice and it showed out on the mat! Here are the names of the Students and the medals they won!
