Having Restrictions Frees You
Most people want “freedom”, but given complete freedom, people become paralyzed with choice. The term, “Paradox of Choice” was coined by author Barry Schwartz.
I know this from first hand experience. There are no restrictions on where I could live in the world, and the overwhelming number of choices left me with paralysis by analysis until late last year.

Do you plan to succeed or not at all?
The last thing I have been telling my clients in 2011 is to send me their outline of a typical day so I can work on TIme Management. I was not excited with what I got back (or didn't). What is funny is that I read this AFTER my assignment which looks remakably just like the practice of very wealthy and educated people.
